We want you to be confident in your purchase. That is why every new subscription starts with a limited 14-day free trial: you enter payment details at checkout, but your card is not charged during the trial, and you can cancel at any time before it ends to avoid being charged at all.
Because the free trial serves as our try-before-you-buy, we do not generally issue refunds for subscription fees once charged. This page explains what that means in practice, and the specific situations in which we will issue a refund.
1. Your free trial
When you start a subscription you enter valid payment details and your account immediately gets 14 days of trial access. Your card is not charged during the trial. The trial includes 20 AI-assisted cards, 100 manually created cards, up to 3 regenerations per generated item, and 3 PDF exports. Photo portrait generation requires a paid subscription.
If you do not cancel before the end of the 14-day trial, your card is automatically charged for the plan you selected (currently $9.99/month or $79.99/year) and your subscription renews at that interval until you cancel. You can cancel at any time during the trial by opening the billing portal from account settings. You will not be charged, and Premium access ends as soon as cancellation is processed. Existing content remains available read-only.
