Frequently asked questions

Do I need to enter a card to start the 14-day free trial?

Yes. You enter payment details at checkout so your trial can roll straight into a paid subscription if you decide to keep using LittleCards. Your card is not charged during the trial — we only charge it on day 14 if you haven't cancelled.

What happens when my free trial ends?

If you have not cancelled by the end of the 14-day trial, your card is automatically charged for the plan you selected ($9.99/month or $79.99/year) and your subscription renews at that interval until you cancel. Cancel anytime during the trial from your billing settings to avoid being charged.

Can I cancel during the trial?

Yes. You can cancel at any point during the 14-day trial by opening the billing portal from account settings. You will not be charged, and Premium access ends as soon as the cancellation is processed. Your existing content remains available read-only, but editing, generation, sharing changes, and PDF export require Premium.

Can I cancel after I've been charged?

Yes. You can cancel at any time. After a charge, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you keep paid access until then. After that, existing content remains read-only and PDF export is unavailable; we do not refund the current period except as described in the Refund Policy.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not generally issue refunds because the 14-day free trial is designed as a full try-before-you-buy. See our Refund Policy for full details, including statutory exceptions where required by law.

What is the difference between monthly and annual?

The annual plan bills once per year at $79.99, which works out to roughly 6.67 per month — about 33% off monthly. You can switch between monthly and annual at any time.

Who processes my payment?

Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider. LittleCards does not see or store your full card number. See the Privacy Policy for details about what payment metadata we receive.
